Regenerate public/ with the gifts page (main)

Adds public/gifts/, the gifts menu link on every page, refreshed feeds and sitemap, and the new fingerprinted stylesheet. The old stylesheet stays because Hugo doesn't clean public/. Like the public/ committed in 0725b80, this is `hugo server` output (Hugo 0.161.1): pages load livereload.js and link to http://localhost:13201, so the tree can't be served as-is.

Add a gifts page and link it from the menu

content/gifts.md lists gift ideas, and hugo.toml adds a "You Love Me" menu entry pointing at /gifts/.

Point the soul submodule at got.fugu.farm

The URL was a LAN address (10.0.0.17:soul.git) that only resolves at home. Use ssh://got.fugu.farm/soul.git, which the checked-out submodule already fetches from.
